How to Make Your Own Absinthe
Your set consists of one bottle of 250 ml (8.5 fl. oz) Absinthe essence, one measuring cup, and 6 beautiful Absinthe labels. The 250 ml absinthe essence is sufficient to make 13 bottles of 750 ml (25 fl. oz) Absinthe each.
Instructions: Pour 20 ml (0.7 fl.oz) of absinthe essence and 75 grams (2.6 oz.) of granulated sugar into a 750 ml (US 25 fl. oz.) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with neutral spirits (Everclear is good) or vodka--40-70% (80-140 proof) of your choice--and shake the bottle until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended.
